2025 Membership and Fee Information 

All current members (including youth members, adult helpers and Leaders) are required to register to continue Scouts in 2025! 

State Membership Fees are $290 for a full calendar year which is payable across two billing periods, called Treks. 

Trek 1 (Jan-Jun) = $145; Trek 2 (Jul-Dec) = $145 

Registration and payment of fees is required prior to participating in any Scouting meetings or activities in 2025. New Members who register for the first time will also pay a one-off $60 joining fee. Group fees will be payable in addition to the State Membership Fee above and vary based on location and range of activities at each Group. Registrations open 1 January 2024. To Register: 

1. Visit your Group ScoutHub portal after 1 Jan 2024 

2. Click ‘returning member’ 

3. Type your name and DOB, then confirm all of your details are correct 

4. Enter any discount codes or vouchers that may be applicable 

5. Make payment
