Hall Hire

The Scout Hall is available for hire on a casual or regular basis. 

Rates
•    Casual hire: $36/hour minimum of $100 with a $150 deposit. 
•    Regular hire: $33/hour with a $150 deposit. 

Hall facilities: 
•    Fridge, electric stove, Urns, Microwave. 
•    Two Toilets (male and female) with Shower facilities. 
•    Approximately 40 chairs and 5 tables 

Terms and conditions

Payment must be made in full including refundable deposit. The Hirer must meet all hall hire conditions to receive refund.

All rubbish must be taken and cleaning is full responsibility of the Hirer. A $50 fee will be charged from the deposit if these conditions are not met. 

Any time unused for hall or time exceeded is charged the same hourly rate, no exceptions. 

The hall will cater only for small functions due to parking and residential restrictions imposed by the council. We also have an alcohol free policy.

For regular hire of a hall: P3 Form  

(Group = “Cromer Dee Why”; Region = “Sydney North”)

Make payment via bank transfer with these details: 

•    Account Name:  Cromer Dee Why Scout Group 

•    BSB/Account Number: 032-094 / 135665 

•    Reference: Include your surname in the reference to make sure we know where the payment has come from. 

•    Email the Treasurer when completing the payment at CromerDeeWhyGroup@nsw.scouts.com.au
